The original painting The Burning Sun is an expression of love and passion for the things that matter, a desire for a closer relationship with my Creator.
I was working on another painting at the same time as this one, a commissioned painting for a friend who needed hope for the restoration of his family relationship. It was about unity and forgiveness.
The two paintings together are a true expression of a burning heart with a desire to see families restored.
